Is it worth upgrading my avet jx raptor bearing if so would their be noticeable difference mainly on the pinion .

Not really. The design of the Raptor is such that there is very little chance you'll fry the pinion bearing. I'd fish it the way it is, keep the drag within specs, and you'll be fine.
