  I have a new Pro Gear V20 that seems very well built, although it hasn't been put to the test yet. I also have a Torque 25N that I know is up to the task, but will cost you many pennies.
  The discontinued Okuma Cedros 10 Star can still be found, I saw one at a shop in South San Francisco recently, and would be a solid choice.
