I have tested one yesterday with great results. From 20lbs of very smooth drag one half turn of the drag star results in 30lbs. Another small turn gets to 35lbs. At that point my braid was digging in. The last few feet of braid was not tight on the spool.

I did have to touch up the last thick metal washer with a file. It fits super tight to the gear sleeve. As do all the other metal washers.

All good, just really busy this last year or so.
Took a little turn in life from my own building and contracting gig to something new.
I'm now managing a Granite, Quartz, and Marble manufacturing company here in Fiji.
Stone Designs International. Keeps me very busy, and with no more rain days to sit inside and muck around at my workbench, I've fallen behind on all the great work being done here too!

I'm trying to get back on the horse so to speak.
Haven't even been fishing this year yet! 

Alot to catch up here, you guys have been busy!  Great stuff.

113H and 114H/115 kits - 2-3 weeks.  I have some of the components ready, but waiting on material on others. 

116 inserts - out of stock but more on order. 2-3 weeks minimum

117/118 inserts - I have a couple in stock, and more on order.
