Rudy must be having a rough day :)  He meant to type TSI 321, I think. TSI 301 would be the other option, but that's for high-performance bearings and I don't think it likely you need that. You're not in long-distance casting comptetitions, I presume....

No.  I don't really need competition ready reels.  Maybe I would if I was fishing party boats and needed to get passed everyone else's lines but I'm planning on fishing my boat where long casts aren't necessary.
