Humpback Whales, n Halibut

Last weekend I took the neighbor guy out to a place that has offered nice fish in the past.

On the way there we saw a few feeding whales and stopped for a view.

We saw more in the distance but werent in the direction we wanted to travel, So continued tward where we wanted to fish.

This one came out of nowhere it seemed, while we sere fishing!
Of course I took the red cooler!,    thats a must

We had a fun day, found a few fish of the good eating size, and later got one more whale tale to tell!

It's amazing how Humpbacks have come back the past 10 years or so- spring fall & winter we're seeing them regularly right in front of the city.
