Venison Roast with Veggies

Venison Roast with Veggies
1 pound of baby carrots
Approx 2 cups Celery cut into 2" sections
3-4 onions, quartered
2 cans French Onion soup
1 can Golden Mushroom soup
1 tsp minced garlic
Spices

Preheat oven to 225'
Quarter 3-4 onions and lay in Dutch oven.
Mix 1 can Golden Mushroom and 2 cans French Onion soup with 1 cup of water.
Liberally dust roast with favorite seasonings and giving it a quick sear over very high heat in a pan with a little oil.
Transfer to Dutch oven atop onions pour soup mixture over the top.
Place in oven for 2 hours, after 2 hours add veggies.
Cook covered another 1-2 hours or until it test fork tender.
Remove and let rest 20-30 minutes.

That looks good John, but couldn't eat it here at the moment, we are making history with heat. Our ocean is 85 degrees. ::)

By the way, you have many guns :).
Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

My buddy Jeremy lives in SE Louisiana and says he'll trade with ya.
He has 1'+ of water in his house, and his property has no prior history of flooding.
Thus he has no flood insurance. :(

Yeah, I was watching the news and couldn't believe how much water you guys are getting down there. Try to stay dry, also,  make sure the guns and fishing gear are elevated.

We're good to go here, the Western Florida panhandle and Lower Alabama had minor localized flooding and typical floodplain activity.
But Southern Mississippi and Louisiana, S.E. LA in particular, really got dumped on and the flooding is unprecedented.

Let me rephrase. The only time I have seen you remove your weapon, is while Shark Fishing or Chow.
I finally got around to making some one pound spider weights with Lead and none of the concrete crap they use.
