I think this guy's channel is great, fantastic food and very well done videos.

So good I thought to share it here, this is the one that caught my eye.

Now I've been watching many of them and garnering many new ideas.
Really like his owl too.

I enjoyed that video until he messed up the whole meal with dill.  Fresh thyme would have been better.  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.

Tried the 'Rainy Steak' last night, wonderful, but I think you are right Dominick, thyme would be better, will try it next.
