Well I love Santa Monica and had great eats but needed to get up to my woods. Spatchcocked a chikkn over apple coals where my neighbor Paoa Smurf cut down. He's a whole chapter of wth unto himself but for the moment: two lil chikkns spatchcocked. I called it split til my man Chille clarified the technique for me.  Smoked over the coals til done more or less then dropped into s foil boat in cooler with my sauce: apple vinegar, molasses, ketchup, mustard, red and black pepper to steam.

Steak fries, done.

Crown and campfire. Life is good, to quote my main man in Northern KY.
