...that looks like a Chagoi koi reverting to the wild-type carp.

as I understand, they revert over generations...  the opposite of domestication:
naturals get euthanized in captivity & decoratives get eaten before maturity, in the wild

photo too fuzzy & me too lazy, to figure it out, BUT:

• definitely not a carp (wrong dorsal), or common White Sucker (scales too big)
• might be a weird Redhorse sucker:

   What we call chubs here are not suckers like the redhorse. They all make great bait

I remeber a great recipe for cooking chub:

Heat your oven to max.
Tie the chub to a brick.
Place brick + chub in the middle of the oven.
Roast for 5 hrs. until crisp.
Remove and rest for 15 mins.
Discard the chub.
Eat the brick.
