I called them no answer? But last year they had to kill 40,000 trout because whirling,,,, We should get first stocking this week,,,,

Fish hatcheries aren't put on the top of a hill.  All those Asian carp invading rivers were introduced when they swam out of an aquaculture facility during a flood.
