 :)  I wish I was as good as some Graffiti artist , I can draw a stick figure .   Pot luck with Swirl painting  !!    You want a throw back to 1960`s google swirl painting !!!!

Hit the You Tube and use the search term "Hydro Dipping" and you will have some good videos.  There are actual paint films that you can purchase of water based pigments (i am probably not using the right term) where you lay the sheet of pigments on the surface of the water and can impart very detailed, delicate patterns to the parts you are dipping.  Carbon fiber appearance?  American Flag? - john
