Helium balloons for kite fishing

I want to get a helium setup for kite fishing. I'm not new to kite fishing but I've never used the balloons before. Anyone have any recommendations regarding gear. I need everything minus the kite/kite reel. I have two kites. The Boston Big Game the Aftco.

Can the balloons be reused?

Not too sure on the helium,bump for someone who does. I did see a kiteboarding fish tournament a few days ago. Most people were on the outer reefs trolling jet heads on short 20 foot hand lines. The winning fish was a 17lb omilu.
