Doesn't Alan Chui also distribute Omoto reels?  There were a few guys also servicing for him.

When I double dogged my Omoto I got the parts directly from Omoto in Taiwan. They were very helpful and sent the parts for free

The last time I contacted Omoto by email. They sent what I needed at no charge.
