Busted bail arm
I ordered a replacement and when I removed it the spring popped off.
I was looking for a few pics of how to reinstall.
I went to the Shimano thread and photo bucket isn't working.
Anyone have any pics to get me started?
Thanks in advance

you'll need to start with a schematic.  see if you can find your's here.  http://schematics.mikesreelrepair.com/thumbnails.php?album=25

I will post the pictures tomorrow if I remember.

There are 2 springs. The obvious long bail spring and then a very small click spring. The small click spring fits into its little hole on the rotor itself. There is a little click pin that goes on top of the spring. That the little click you here when the bail is opened all the way.

You will have a white spring holder with a protrusion on one side. The protrusion fits into the matching hole on the rotor. The springs goes inside this white holder. On the end of the spring is the L shaped piece that goes into the end of the spring. The other end fits into the bail arm. Its much easier than other older reels.
