Last year it was Halibut, now Lings.
Ok, large soft plastics, stiff & extra fast rod, Diawa Lexa with the drag pretty tight, let's go to work.

This one put up a fight.



Caught one that was halfway blue and halfway brown, I usually see either/or. Tasted great though.


Using bigger lures gets bigger rockfish too, it was so fat I could sit it upright and wouldn't fall over.


Losing a few rigs in the rocks, still perfecting my game.

Good work Tony! I was wondering where you been hiding! I "had" that same Lamiglas...somehow the rack got bumped and the garage door got it...nevermind the $30 BPS rods all survived....loved that rod.
