   Yes, I guess?   I never tied it.  It was just something that caught my eye.   Maybe a damsel or juvenile dragonfly ?  It took the creator of this fly a lot of talent and planning to complete it.   Sorta like an airplane?    The plinth is where it will rest like so many fancy reels?
    Hence the wedding dress!
