I'm a little late to the party here, but I really think my best find was the Godfather.
It is an expensive reel I got at a discount.
There were trials and tribulations, but this reel is a thing of Beauty.

I love that reel. Almost too nice to fish with.

Daron, there's a fishing reel museum in Frankfort.  Don't know how far that is from you.

Glen Cambell, circa late 1960's. Etc., etc.
