Got handles?

So this past weekend, I was able to pay the boss a visit and picked up a few handles. Now that I am back in town, a box was waiting for me at home and turns out if was the tiburon knob I had bought from another member.

Since I am a bit OCD, I wanted to keep all my handles the same as my makairas, but after looking at the tiburon knob and Alan's knob...is a no brainer which was was easier to install. Now, my question is...I don't want to waste the tiburon knob and noticed I have to cut some kind of circular/square hole for this knob to sit flat. Has anyone had experience in doing so? I am attaching pictures for reference.
