Mag 10 Clamping Stand Conversion

I've done a few of these now and Randy Dorcy has reeally put them to the test.
Using a Penn 10-49 stand to add provisions for a clamp.
One spacer for each side of the clamp.  The side plates and rings are drilled to 1/8" and then counterbored for using larger 5-40 stainless screws.
