Greys Reel Switching the Retrieve

Good afternoon,

So, I lead a small project where we use fly fishing to mentor foster youth.  We were given some Greys combos for the kiddos (thank you Greys!).  However, we have a left hander in our current group and I need to switch retrieve direction.  Greys doesn't have instructions available for doing it.  It is a Greys Fin reel.  I attached the diagram.  Anybody know how to get started?  I assume I just need to flip the drive plate but need to get to it.  Thanks!

Ha!  Never mind.  Super easy.  You literally just flip the drive plate from the outside.
