Insert drags

Hi Guys,
            My learning continues.................slowly

  I've heard of these "insert drags" and tried to find threads on them, I believe that motive manufacturer them ??
Are they still in production or stock or are they a make to order type thing....

I'm looking at doing my 4/0's and I have another project coming up, for a 6/0....
So I'm hoping that they are still available ??.
