got some issues with a couple old penns

The ears on the cf washers in the drag insert are toast, you need new ones.  I don't know if mr 37seas checks on here  still. He may have some otherwise you might have to cut your own.  Man you gave that reel a work out to tear those up

#1  You are not the first one with this problem but if 3Sevens is not responsive there's nothing you can do except go back to the original configuration.
#2 Has been sorted out,
#3 Has not been sorted out.  The clicker should have nothing to do with slop in the handle.  Check to see is part 98 wobbles back and fourth on part 3 using this schematic:  98 is the sleeve, 3 is the bridge.

Also check to see if part 9, the spacer, is badly worn on the inside or the outside.
