After meeting a really absurdly short deadline on a project my boss told me last week that I sure do look tired. He suggested that if the plans went in on time (yesterday) then I should take a day off and go fishing.

I did 3.5 months worth of work in 2 months, and let's be honest I did it well. He's right on both counts though. I am tired. and I should, and will, take today off to fish. Wish me luck.

A pinfish was kind enough to show up in my last 10 minutes of the 6hrs of fishing to prevent it from being a complete skunking. Didn't see anyone else at the 3 spots I tried pulling up anything either. Heavy forg didn't burn off til noon. It just wasn't an active day. Oh well still relaxing.

Honeymoon island and then the Dunedin causeway. No complaints. Nobody at my office caught any fish that day either.

Nice job pops!!  You should frame that picture of your boy holding the rod on the dock. Nice composition with the city skyline, clouds, the bird soaring over him. That's a great shot
