i can't go, but a friend of ours, danny tanaka, is putting together a trip and the price looks pretty good!  this is from my old co-worker, ben tsutaoka.  he will be going.  i would have gone, but we have the morro bay trip at that same time!

Just talked to Captain Mark Oronoz of Pac Voyager.
Trying to set up a charter with him this November 9-12, Wednesday-Saturday 2.5 Day. $700.

You interested? Filling in for a last minute charter cancellation so pricing is excellent and includes food but not fuel surcharge ( $40pp ) and tip.
Excellent crew, boat and Captain!
I caught my first cow in 2017 on this boat 😛

Just need about 10 more guys. 80% sure we'll make it a go.

Here's an update:

It might turn into a 3 day at the same price. Our friends are chartering the trip before us and usually come back early. Talking to the Captain now to see if he's okay with us taking their half day and adding it to ours.
