PENN Carnage III rod, 6 foot 8 inch, 350gr. rated
PENN Fathom II FTHII10XNLD2
Jig- 200 gr. Williamson Koika

Nice fish Steve!  I've been interested in the new line of fathoms for slow pitch. Especially that xnld 10 your holding. What is the capacity of say 30lb spectra on that real with enough room for a very short topshot?

This is defintiely a case where you need to buy one of the "thin" brands.
300/30 with the thinner stuff; otherwise, 250/30 with most brands.
