Daiwa Millionaire 3H Drag Collar - Function??

Good day to all.

Season here us opening up and being just retired, getting out is just 'weather dependent '. 

Was going through the dusty stuff and re-found the 3H that I picked up awhile back.

It was missing the 2 small Drag Collars.  I found 2 and put them in.

What is their function and how are they adjusted, if they can be???

  On a 3H under the star drag there should be a spacer,one flat washer and 2 spring washers.Since you said 2 I assume you mean the wavey spring washers.These can be placed to fit together or opposed to adjust your star drag. If opposed it takes less of a turn to tighten the drag and together more. Just have to try it and see which way you like it.
