As said before this is a great way to redribute the Bio back to the BIO..... Generally this is just put the gluk in the garbage, or to the sea shore.   Ive even seen sighns No Dumping ,  in a riverway. 
  Wtf????   Just catch some food ,  and feed yourself in the wait for your previous ticket...... :d
