Hello everyone, thanks for the add to this great site. I have owned Dam Quick reels since the age of 16, I'm 59 now!! Love the 1000/1001 and 110n. I still use my all my Quicks but love my original 5ft. Uglystick with my Quick 1000.I'm looking forward to reading all the knowledge here and maybe pick up a couple missing parts for my 1001.

I fish the CT river from Rocky hill to Glastonbury and also fish all the streams. Roaring brook and Cold brook!!
