Avet MXL 5:8:1 clicker problem fix

Got an Avet MXL 5:8:1 into the shop the other day.  Clicker would not stay all the way down and the clicker sounded weak. I have run into this before and it's and easy fix. There is a little insert that is plastic and wears out. You just have to pop the old one out and put in the new one.

This reel did not have an insert in it yet to all appearances was exactly like other MXL 5:8:1 reels, except the hole that the insert was supposed to fit in to was much smaller and was not large enough for an insert to fit in too.  I emailed Avet about it and to my surprise got a phone call back in about two hours.  It seems Avet made some of these reels without the proper machined hole and no insert in it. They instructed me to send the reel body to them and they would machine the proper hole in it and supply the insert and send it back to me with no charge, because it was their problem.  Just thought I would let everyone know about this.
