for 30lb mono I wouldnt change anything, just service. That sleeve takes any handle 113H takes. Ted (Maxed Out) here has arms that fall between stock and power length and are perfect for this size reel. His arm and Alan's 3/0 size knob give you grip and power and small enough not to interfere casting.
