All Dam Quick use flat screw driver but normally I find It's too thick to fit in slot , using smaller size so it fit but head is too small easy to damage screws . So far I have to grind off the tip to make it fit in slot , what is correct size screw driver to use

A decent set of hollow-ground gunsmithing screwdrivers will cover all your needs.

The exact size screwdriver is needed so as to not booger the screw heads.

A good handle also is helpful for removing screws that were last tightened 50 years ago.

I never make the same mistake twice.

I make it 5 or 6 times, you know, just to be sure.

Hey Quang,

I have been using this set from Wheeler and have had no complaints.  I bought it originally to work on firearms, but I have been using it more so now for reels. Wheeler also has a newer set out now.

That set you have looks like it will do the job.  Grizzley Industrial had a nice affordable set about a year ago that several of us took advantage of, but it looks like it is no longer available.  The proper sized tips will make quite a difference; I think you will be pleased with them. - john
