Yes I see what you mean. I tried it several ways. The reel sort of works now but I had to place a new bushing in the side plate. It's not quite right. I'll keep posting. Thanks

Sort of got it to work. It's still a bit tight to reel. I believe the bearings are a bit beat up. They look pretty standard. Anybody know where to get these?

Measure them and search on-line for stainless bearing in that size, or ask Dawn at Smooth Drag (on this forum).
