A little bit of everything here.  Aside from the Shimanos, not one reel is set up the same.  Some are used for overgrown creeks and streams, a couple more for more expansive and faster flowing rivers, others for fishing lakes and ponds.  The bug bit me hard.  I use these reels for almost everything; stream trout, larger lake run rainbows and browns, coho and Atlantic salmon, or even a mess of perch, crappie, and gills.  I only find myself breaking out the heavier stuff when fishing kings, musky, or sturgeon.

There's nothing wrong with a few "F's" on your record....Food, Fun, Flowers, Fishing, Friends, and Fun....to name just a few !

This is more or less the current state of my reel inventory, which I chalk up to a tendency to want to try everything, and, with a house full of kids, it's a lot easier to buy than it is to try. I'm on a bit of a soul search to simplify my worldly possessions as the clutter causes more problems than it solves for me. Are you able to grab which reel you want immediately, or does it take you half an hour to figure out which one is the appropriate one for the fishing you're going to do?

Lol, I don't know about Tincanary, but I certainly suffer from that dilema! Good problem to have I suppose.  :fish
