Well, it's been a while, but the JigMaster Magnums are finally done!

For those who don't know...
Years ago, Accurate made a short run of JigMaster side plates that used Penn 113H, 4/0 internals. This gave the angler a much more compact reel that had the drivetrain of the bionic Penn Senator 113H!

I prototyped  this reel and fished it at Cedros Island and really dig it! Small enough to throw irons and strong enough to troll with.
This is the mid-width "99" size that holds 400 yards of JB Line One 65lb braid with room for a top shot.

Colors will be limited.

The kit will include both right and left side plates and spool. You will have the option to add one of my new half frames with rod clamp if you so desire. Of course, all assembly hardware is included. You will need to source the 113H parts yourself, or I can build it complete for you with an additional cost of parts and labor. This offer is only for stock Penn parts, no aftermarket parts.
I'll have some pics shortly.
Stay tuned!

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.-Sal

Buy it nice or buy it twice.

I swear I just told myself it's time to stop with new reels I have plenty enough. Dang it.
Any machine is a smoke machine if you use it wrong enough.

LOL if you really want to stop spending money on reels you should block Alantani IP on your phone and home/job computer.

I can confirm it IS beast!  Handled trolled up yellowtail with ease.  Almost made me feel guilty using a Fathom 40 2 speed.
It may not be very productive,
but it's sure going to be interesting!

Count me in for one! Green if you make that color set. Like Ted, I'll get the bars, seat, and handle to go with it.

I remember splitting a room in Point Loma! Glad you figured the spool part out. These are going to be awesome.
