Daiwa tanacom 1000 problem

Hi i have a problem with tanacom 1000

When i connect  the power the reel start too full speed.

crud.  i can't help with the electronics and we have no one that logs in here that is from daiwa.  it's gotta be a bad switch.  i'm certain that it can be replaced.  likely it will have to be sent to the daiwa service center.

I'm sure working on an electric reel is like working on a modern car.

You have posibly fixed it by now, quite often, you will find the cord, just as it comes out of the reel tend to break, the wire I am taulking about, other wize, google  Daiwa tanacom 1000 on you tube, watch the video, you maybe able to get some info there, good luck cheers Don.
