black marlin super 6/0 vs 9/0 line capacity

I'm not familiar with a Super 6/0.  I will assume it's a 114HLW.  The 9/0 will hold more line.  However the Senator 9/0 and 114H have the same drive train.  With braid, the 114HLW will hold plenty of line for just about anything you would chase with a star drag reel.

The 114HLW holds approximately 1300 yards of 80# braid and the 115 holds approximately 1700 yards of 80# braid.

Hey Bill, the Black Marlin is a Newell kit, I believe it's a tad wider than an HLW.

Thank you John. So that would put it pretty close to the 9/0.

The 114HLW frame width is 3 1/4" vs. the Black Marlin at 3 1/2".
