408 Decal ?

I have noticed 408s with the red Garcia decal have a chrome cover screw,no decal seem to have a red cover screw.Did they all have the decal
When new or was it done away with at some point?

only the one sold by Abu Garcia have that decal ,some sold by Mitchell don't have
