Best vise for bigger jig as bucktail jig

When tie a small jig a regular vise work fine but for heavy jig as bucktail I normal apply too much pressure and small vise keep moving so sometimes I have to use other kind of vise , It hold strong but can't turn as fly tying vise .Any recommend for better vise ?
