Some rod may bring bad luck and some rod bring good luck .I think Fenwick rod always bring good luck .This is first time I try to wrap a little fancy butt wrap ,try to make it look like Fenwick .Not sure what material they use ,I found a baking cork look alike .just a little more red .Is this look like Fenwick yet ?

Look at gudebrod wraps I believe that's what they used.
Any machine is a smoke machine if you use it wrong enough.

Most of fiberglass blank already finish ,few more I need more guides to finish .All rods on this rack have been done lately

After try many different paint I found that Rust-Oleum Ultra cover paint + primer work best ,let's it dry for 2 days then use Gorilla clear glue , use only 2 drops to coat the whole rod . Drop 2 drops on a microfiber tower then wipe on the blank , it will create a thin coating layer like Polycrylic without any brush mark .Can also use this to coat old rod to make it look new

Interesting coating. How does it do with sunlight?
