I've looked on the Reel Schematic website for a schematic for the Sustain 3000 FE. Unfortunately, they have them for all of the other FE sizes, but not the 3000. I uses both the 3000 and 5000 sizes in my guiding business and know that the parts for them are not interchangeable, especially in the line roller assembly. Before anyone suggests or jokes  ;) that I should have saved them from when I bought the reels, I did, but I did a recent clean up of my tackle area and no doubt threw them away in my haste. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i can only think of one thing.  if you call shimano, someone there might be able to email a file of this schematic for you.   :-\  :-\  :-\
send me an email at alantani@yahoo.com for questions!

Gfish

Typical for Shimano; about 8 parts in the line roller.
Fishing tackle is an art form and all fish caught on the right tackle are"Gfish"!

Hi Fred - Thanks very much. I did find this schematic on eReplacement parts, but unfortunately it only has certain parts listed on the schematic - those that it sells since most parts on a reel this old are discontinued. I am also looking for a schematic that has a list of all the parts included.

Nice find. Note that those are all part numbers on the "old" Shimano system and will have been superceded.
