285 Plastic part ?

 First time I ran across this .  Late model run ?   The bearing retainer is not aluminum .   I can't powder coat this one !!

    Fred by any chance you have two of these in aluminum ?

Here are a couple, Joe —-

New aluminum, not plastic.

I'll add them to your parts order.  Started on your list last Thursday —- but stopped because of the reel & tackle sale that I held last Friday & Saturday.  Then Church, and Dinner Theater performance of Mary Poppins down in Fresno on Sunday, all day.

Sorting about 200 rods yesterday.  Back on reels today.


Looks like it may be a wet next 7-8 days.  Fair amount of rain, maybe a little snow.
