Help!!... What order do the smoothdrag washers go into a Torium 20?

I have found two different conflicting instructions. The "torium 20 rebuild" post by Mark Mayo says the washer that has the finer weave on both sides goes in last. The "hot rod your torium" post shows a picture that put the washer with the smooth weave on both sides in the middle?

Also, on the drag washers with a tight weave on one side and a heavier course weave on the other does it matter which way the finer weave faces?

It doesn't matter, and is more of a preference.  I tend to place the courser weave next to the SS washer instead of the bronze gear.  It's just my perference, but it doesn't matter.
