Thats awesome, i built a vey similar tonight to strip off the new fished once line from a long beach 67 and put it on the new 113hlw. Using the 12/0 as a loader and unwinder.
I used a 3/4" piece of rigid conduit, and no line counter(working on getting one still) i was able to load the 113 with around 15-18lbs drag for the braid, and the lighten it up a tad for the mono. Counting the off and on, it was close to 1200 yards total. My tricep is bigger than Arnold's.
I fear that alluminum mop handle may give out pretty early in its life span. I used the rigid so i can pack braid on near the max drag setting without premature failure.

The big n bad line winder i am workig on building will be able to set over 60lbs of drag, count the line, and hopefully plug in. It uses a mopar torsion bar, as i fear that rigid may not be enough.

Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.
