What tools do I need to safely remove and reinstall these tiny clips?
Tks in advance.

tough one.  small picks and tweezers are most helpful.  the extra time it takes to make sure you don't lose these gets tedious after a while, so you take a short cut and THAT is the time it goes flying.  it's always good to have extras.

I like to use a small flat screwdriver.

I like to also use a small flat head screw driver and a needle nose plier to reinstall it back.

Whatever I use I use it with the reel in a plastic bag. Hate trying to find these things.

I use a flat head screwdriver and a torch. The torch makes it easier to find the clip on the floor when it goes flying.

Stick a magnet on the end of your pick or screwdriver or pliers. Or use a plastic bag.
