Title: Table showing Viscosity of the most popular Reel Lubes
Post by: Killerbug on February 19, 2014, 08:59:20 PM
I linked this table made by Mark at http://www.wmi.org/bassfish. I have been looking for something like this for ages. The guy Mark who made this table, is without doubt knowing his trade. Remarkable that he takes temperatures into consideration.

NB. CorrosionX is 47,3(or 31,7 on the version sold in Europe) at 104 F, according to their data sheet. So my humble guess is that 31,7 is around 15 at 52 F(Based on a factor 2 by each 20 degrees F (Mark))

I think he is/was a physicist from memory. Would be great to get an updated list that includes some of the more recent oils - such as the Hedgehog Alchemy and Smith IOS-01 (my favourite for baitcasters).
