Title: Saltist LD 2spd - Handle Retaining Nut
Post by: Stan on June 01, 2018, 11:21:37 PM
I really like my LD30 two speed, but there is one recurring issue that is driving me nuts.  No matter what I do, the handle retaining nut frequently backs out.  Does anybody have a fix for this?

Try some loctite blue on it. Make sure there is no grease or oil on nut or threads when applied.

Took it apart, cleaned it, and reassembled with loctite blue....We'll see how it goes.

Thanks!
