Unscrew how, from the reel or the knurled nut to flip the handle knob toward the inside? If it's the knurled knob, remove the torpedo knob and soak the arm in a 50/50 vinegar/water mix overnight. If it's the crank arm from the reel, set the A/R and securely grab a hold of the rotor with one hand and work the crank handle back and forth until the corrosion on the handle threads break loose. If it's the complete handle removal and it were mine, I would lay the reel on its side, level, and add a little straight vinegar where the handle screws into the body/gear shaft and let it soak into the threaded area. l would check every so often and add a little more vinegar when needed and then I would proceed with the second idea I listed.
