Hi Alan Not 100% sure, I'm pretty hard on my equipment and use it a lot and it is holding up very good so far, I have talked to a few guys that say it holds up well if you do not abuse. Send me the parts and I will blast everything and coat, put it to use so we all know how long it lasts.

Here are a few pictures of some parts I coated.

Nice Looking Work Jamie.
We got out today finally. Red eyes and triggers were chomping and the big red snappers too.
Jamie,
Stumbled on your post after reading your email. Thanx for the closeups. Still got some upgrades before I start the bling route.
Thanx, great work.
Leo
That is Sick! Jamie! ;D
Jamie have you ever tried doing Senator side plates?
Yep 40.00$ a set
Oh Snap! Senator prime in the works!
How about a 12/0 spool Jamie. I just picked up another 12/0, but the spool is toast! for $100, I couldn't let it past me. ;)

Yep Senator Prime or either Orange and Blue and call her the Termi-Gator...Jamie I will definitely be getting up with you soon to get my reel done.
Chris sorry about the reply I thought you were talking about the Rings. I have never tried to powdercoat any plastic, but I have heard of it being done before.Darren at this pool is all sanded and ready to go 40 bucks.
Jamie,
You got me looking at colors on ebay, wow!!!, I noticed that some dont state their UV rating, just salt spray. What about the candy apple colors, are they UV, salt and "one coat"?
Leo
Hey Leo the candy colors are more expensive because they need a base coat first.if you read they will tell you if they need a base coat or not some of the candies do not require a base coat.also I do believe they all are uv rated the spray up to 1000hrs is what you want to look for.
I sent you several pm's. Are you getting my messages?

Ok my attention is undivided after Sal sent me link. Did you have this done?
J
Yes, But it wasn't powder coated. It was done with Emron. Jamie had a hard time with it, but I was very pleased.

Noted, thanks! Looks good. I have some yard saler SS's that are perfectly functional but need love on body / rotor.
I've got a Slammer 560 with corrosion coming through on the body, rotor, and bail arm. Wondering if this would bring it back to life. The USA versions are getting scarce.
Same on my 360. My go to number one of all.
If this is still available, I would like to send you some rings from a Penn 4/0. I tried to PM you but couldn't get it to work.

I wasn't familiar with the term Emron. Is this the definition you were using? https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=5&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwj877e24sDNAhXIqh4KHd7GCloQFgg4MAQ&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.urbandictionary.com%2Fdefine.php%3Fterm%3DEmron&usg=AFQjCNFTS2bQ7iKivadjr1qKQluMQtaVQg&sig2=Dn49-QxsVjSgAsE-1yxwrA&bvm=bv.125221236,d.dmo
Sid
Sid, Emron or Emoron or Emaron or however it's spelled is a paint originaly produced by Dupont. It is a synthetic type plastic paint that is flexable & used on tractor trailers. Rudy
Imron. Very durable but difficult to work with without specialized sprayers and an autoclave. Also, the fumes will kill you quick.

This is the reel he did for my GF one Christmas a few years back, great work!
