Title: 40 years of Field & Stream archives online
Post by: festus on March 11, 2019, 12:41:02 AM
These are interesting, old Field & Stream free electronic copies beginning in 1968 to 2008.  Lots of good reading and old classic tackle ads also.

No doubt the Mitchell 300 was the most common spinner and red Abus were the most popular baitcaster back in those days.  Of course Zebco was king of closed face. You see Penn conventional and greenie spinners in the saltwater pics.

Back in the 60's, my Aunt out on the lake and my cousin with his huge pile of F & S, Outdoor Life and Sports Afield's, are what got me much deeper into something that I took to years before as a 5yr. old. FISHING!
