550 doing the job old school with Berkeley Big Game line and Diawa Beefstick rod. Pulled almost 4 foot blacktop.

Did you ever fish the 2090?
I have caught a few big saltwater cats. Actually had it out the same night. The shark just happen to hit that set up. The 2090 is spooled up with big game and actually bought 10 ft penn surf rod.
